Glen Parker is the Blackboard System Administrator at the University of Southern Florida. USF has been using Blackboard since CourseInfo 4, and has it tightly integrated with their other academic and administrative systems. Glen talks about their upcoming hardware upgrade, support issues, and development activities at USF.
