BbFS 19 Nick Laudato, University of Pittsburgh

The Univ. of Pittsburgh has been using Blackboard since the summer of 1998. Nick Laudato, Associate Director of the Center for Instructional Development and Distance Education, talks about their various training techniques, their use of course templates, and their Mcast site (http://www.pitt.edu/~ciddeweb/) which contains many presentations on a variety of subjects.
