Anita Tom, Instructional Services Team Lead & CMS Applications Manager, University of Oklahoma, has an interesting story to tell. For years Oklahoma was a major Blackboard user, with an ASP hosted site. Two things occured that changed their view of Blackboard, and moved them to Desire 2 Learn.
